The large shop is located on the first parking level of the Dee Why Grand Mall, which makes it very convenient. The staff is both friendly and helpful, always available to help without being in your face. Obviously they specialize in Australian wines. They carry just about all the ones I look for when here, so the combination of selection, price, and convenience can't be beat.

If you are unsure what to get, they are only too happy to recommend a bottle (or 10) if you want to stock up. My father loves this place and is a regular customer. I went to the store on his recommendation and can see why he loves to visit. Every type of wine has been individually tasted- they say they won't stock it unless the wine is of a very high quality and/or they like the taste. The staff certainly know a lot about the wine- giving plenty of back-story about the wine and how they are made etc. Their pricing is also exceptional, a major plus!
