In the year that I lived on this property, we went through several maintenance people and many management personal. The office is NEVER open for you to take care of your requests. I had to fix stopped up drains, front door not closing correctly and cleaned up the dumpster area ALL the time. The grounds are dirty, the pool was NEVER open and always green, mailbox had no keys nor locked for months until I contacted the Post office myself and they told me it was the apartments job to give keys and change locks; however, they did get me a lock and key. They gate barely ever worked and had to be manually opened many times. You get charged fees for grounds and trash, but it's never taken care of. I put in my notice to leave at the end of my lease; I ended up not needing to leave and the Manager Lakisha at the time told me I couldn't stay because she had already rented out my apartment. Yet when I moved out and cleaned the apartment I got calls from her; first call a month later asking where I had left the keys, second call two months later asking where I had left the keys, third call 3 months later asking why I left the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were included in my lease, yet she had no idea. Then I get a letter from an attorney's office stating I owed them money. I called and called and found a new Management company had taken over, called them and they couldn't help me with the bill because they had just taken over Jan 26. Tracked down a different management company and was able to leave a message with the accounting department with no response back. Now I have this on my credit report and still nobody has contacted me back from the apartment complex. I never got any bill or any correspondence from the Woods as to what this so called "money due" was for and the Attorney says they don't have to provide a bill. I'd stay far away from this place. read more
