Finding ways to get me the best coverage and pricing for my needs (and I shopped around and found, even getting quotes directly from other insurers, Christy at the Wurzel Agency found me the better rates). Helping me through the natural kinks and speed bumps that came up during the home buying process, again, never making me feel like a pain or a waste of their time. I worked with kendra. Very helpful. Located in oviedo...best place I've used. If you live in oviedo its a no brainer. Had an issue with my house called, they pulled my info and gave me a run down of what to do. Again if your in oviedo, don't waste time support them. If you liver close by you still will want to giver them a serious look. 5 stars because I'm satisfied by quality, communication, service, emailed me docs, take my payment, friendly and nice new office and best price I've found. We used Wurzel last year and had amazing service and even recommended them to a few friends when they were purchasing homes. This year when I reached out to get additional quotes since our premium had increased, I had to send NUMEROUS emails- and even then the only responses I would get are when I would threaten to use someone another agency. It came down to the day that I had to renew my old insurance policy that I reached out to another Oviedo local company and they were able to get everything done for me in a matter of TWO HOURS from start to finish. I can't believe the lack of customer service and appreciation this company has shown. I will NEVER be using them again. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because at some point they did have good customer service, not sure what happened but I sure hope they get it back for anyone else looking to use them in the future. read more

Over the course of three weeks, I called and twice spoke to a person (Christie?) asking for a quote for house insurance. I left details both times (having never received a return call after the first attempt) and even after expressing some frustration on the second call, still wasn't contacted. I rang a third time yesterday and left a message during their half-hour lunch break requesting they call me back that afternoon. I even reminded them on my message about the old expression "three strikes and you're out". No response. This is absolutely unforgivable so I infer that they have a terrible customer service attitude and don't want my business. That's fine because, going on their past behavior, I certainly don't want to do business with them. So, I strongly suggest that you don't either! read more

When I got to this office I was expecting to be very bored but the agent made things a little more interesting and tolerable she was very nice and professional and got to the point. It was easy working with her because she explained everything in a very well organized manner. The agent also went over the rates to help me get a better understanding of what I'll be paying for. She was honest with prices and went over a couple of plans that she thought would work best for me. Ultimately I would go visit her again if I need any more assistance. I needed to compare multiple companies, Wurzel Agency did this for me and is happy to answer any questions I might have. A few years ago I had to make a claim, they handled all the details and paperwork for me, all I had to do was schedule the repair and sign the paperwork. It was fantastic. They are always looking for ways to save me money, when the time comes for renewal on any of my policies they let me know if there is any way to save me money. They are also able to explain what the differences are between policies. They work very hard for me and are always there when I need them whether it is for a claim or a question.
