Gettin' Down and Dirty Cleaning

Do not recommend this company!! Let me explain why.. there job was to clean baseboards, planter…read moreshelves, appliances and bathrooms. This was a empty house, I wanted it cleaned before we moved in. 1) had to call them back for a second time and they still did not get the job done right the 2nd go around. 2) they painted over my hard water in my master bathroom faucets, which just makes me furious. 3) I cleaned the hard water off in my kitchen as they still did not clean the kitchen sink the second time. 4) I had to go back and clean the baseboards as my painter could not paint because they needed cleaned before she would paint. And I still have the rest of the house to clean! 5) they did vaccum, which led me to believe the House was clean when I walked in. But no smell of chemicals or anything clean. The only smell in the house was of spray paint they used on the faucet. The pictures are after they cleaned the first time. The sink is after I cleaned it after they came a second time!

I worked for her all of 2018 she gave me a fraudulent W-2 form. Which in turn caused me to be audited by the IRS and I did not receive my refund. Which means she pocketed all of the taxes that she helped out of my check for a whole year. I tried to call the owner Patricia Gomez of getting down and dirty cleaning, on many occasions . She refused to answer any of my calls or messages she illegally kept tax that she held out of my paychecks.

Awful communication, stated project almost 3 months late, kept promising things would get done, workers wouldn't show, they did the design wrong and we had to have them redo it. Incredibly frustrating and impossible to get any real answers from them. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere.

I moved here at the end of July and purchased a house with a little pond/waterfall. It was full of algae so I requested that SW come and clean it. I was "on the schedule" but a week later, no one had come. I texted the employee to remind him, and he did come and drain the pond. A month later, I contacted the manager to explain how frustrated I was that Jeremy never came back and filled the pond back up, even though I had texted him a reminder, and his reply was that, "well, we may have Jeremy a bit overbooked." Jeremy did come to fill it. Half full. I texted him yesterday to see if it was broken or could I fill it up. He texted back that he would come look at it. Well, he did come. And he left. No word to me. I went out this morning and the motor to the waterfall was thumping like crazy and no water was moving. I managed to unplug the motor so that it didn't break. I had also asked the manager/owner to put me on the books to have my plants pruned and cut back asap, since I had family visiting. If they couldn't fit me in, no problem, but if they could, I'd appreciate it. That was on Monday. It is now Saturday morning, and no one has every contacted me about taking care of my plants. I hate to leave a negative review. It is not my character, but Seasons West surely does not have customer service in mind. Very sad.

Deryk, one of the owners, is affable, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. When we moved into…read moreour new home the yard was a mud/clay pit and it was November. No work could be done until Springtime. It was horrible for us and our dog who hated the dirty paws. We tried to find landscapers as we needed it all. We left a deposit with one who continually put us last on his list and so after we parted ways we found Summit Landscape. Deryk found a way to fit us into his schedule and the work was superb! He worked with us around the concrete being laid so it all fit time wise. He also helped us find a good tree person who installed the trees before the sod was laid thus keeping us from sod damage. Deryk was able to see the global aspects of the job and manage his crew to take care of items as they were needed so no time wastage. I would definitely recommend Deryk and Summit Landscape for any yard needs pertaining to concrete, grass, trees, shrubs, sprinkler systems, and general planning of outside landscaping.

We had purchased a newly built house which didn't include landscaping, so last winter we basically…read morelived in a mud hole, as all there was around the house was dirt and mud. Our dog didn't even want to "do her duty" unless there was enough snow on the ground. We contracted a landscaping company (didn't know about Summit) who demanded a very large down payment (almost 1/3) in February to guarantee a spot in early May. To move on to Summit, the first company delayed three times to mid June. Then canceled on us. Of course, by mid June, everyone was booked. Another mud hole next winter? Oh, no. Our concrete back patio had been laid in anticipation of landscaping. One of the two that poured the concrete (an excellent job) was helping the concrete company, and owned Summit Landscape. That gave us an "in", and Summit Landscape sympathized with us and said as long as we didn't mind being "fit in" between jobs or within a job, they'd get the job done. By the end of July, they'd done the job, which was great, as it was a whole lawn landscaping - trees, paths, beds, the whole bit. They even added to the concrete mentioned above when we realized we needed more due to some code issues. We were very satisfied, they were very accommodating, and... no mud hole! Instead, a great yard where our dog loves to frolic!
