Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I wish all our experiences with contractors and service providers were as positive as this one. I feel they know their craft and are an ethical business. That's pretty hard to find here.

I met a lot of contractors to do the work, and finally chose to hire Jose Collado (AG Construction aka AG Pavers) after doing a lot of research for the best option. Since I was new to the area, I relied on past review history and am so glad I hired Jose. Check him out on home advisor/Angie's list. His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months. Jose's crew began work 10/20/2021 and had it all done by February! Jose was a great communicator and easy to work with. He helped oversee an excellent group of guys who all worked to make my Palm Coast house a "brand new" and cozy home. These guys are honest and work to complete satisfaction. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done.
