The location is very easy to get to near college and 86th. The free parking is right out front. When you walk in, you enter into a relaxing, peaceful, welcoming environment. Yoga was amazing. It was my first practice in 6-7 years. The yoga instructor talked to me beforehand to get to know me. She also talked after. And during, I was able to follow her. I loved it.
