Referrals were prompt to specialists and necessary. There weren't any unnecessary tests or appointments. I am and advocate for my health care and that is respected. If I'm not able to advocate, they work respectfully with my representative. Have there been changed...yes. Have they all been for the good....Is that all in the Doctor....No.! They are not gods. It's truly amazing what they must know to help everyone. I for one would not be here if its wasn't for my NP and Doctor.

Dr Chris was willing to see me immediately. He was so kind and helpful. They moved me to the waitlist for Meagan Peters Gebler (my pt). They would call me whenever they had an opening. Meagan is the best PT I have ever had. And I had seen a handful within a decade. She helped my with a rare bilateral TOS condition, and now my lower back. She is so thoughtful and concise with helping me and causing anymore issues. Every single person I have encountered here has been top notch!

Over the last six years I have been increasingly happy and impressed with my primary care physician but also with every other person from the person who draws blood to the nurses, the billing department, and specialists. My husband also has the same doctor and, sadly, he has had skin cancer, prostate cancer and full removal, a hip replacement, two knee replacements, lots of physical therapy, and some other issues. No one wants to go through all of these things, but thank goodness we had ThedaCare and a fabulous team along the way.

Our mother took a precipitous drop in her health two weeks ago. We contacted the HCA office as one of the providers we would consider for her hospice care. When we met with Alyse to both interview her and get a feel for how the organization does business, we were unanimous that HCA was the care provider we wanted for our mother. The office and in person experience was excellent. As to communication and care, I cannot say enough about the professionalism, compassion and consideration of both Alyse and our caregiver, Melissa. In the midst of a very difficult time and circumstance, they both elevated the level beyond the expectations of our family. Sadly, our mother died shortly after care was provided, but it was gratifying to have stellar care during her last days. Thank you so much for helping us and lovingly serving our mother.
