My personal trainer Juan was amazing. So, I plan to write a separate review on the Gym so there is no confusion. Juan was very customer service oriented and also took a professional interest in my overall well-being. Whether it was inquiring about my day at work or my eat habits of the day. He strived to ensure I was in the right mental state to perform the physical demands of the workout. He sincerely took an interest in making sure my overall fitness goal were achievable and realistic. On several occasions he had to push pass how I was feeling after a long day at work to motivate me to meet the daily challenge and/or fitness goal. My experience was more than expected. His positive attitude made him a pleasure to work with. He always exhibits a high level of professionalism at all times, which helped me overcome the concern of having a male trainer. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase the Personal Training services and entrust Him with my personal fitness needs. I always felt comfortable asking questions and received an honest and trustworthy response. Juan went above and beyond to make my experience worth writing about and sharing with others. I never felt rushed. I believe Juan possesses the characteristics of a great personal trainer, who is knowledgeable and aware of his individual customer's needs. I give this 5 stars mainly because of my Trainer Jesse M…read more I have end stage arthritis and hyper-mobility syndrome and therefore struggle to adapt exercises and stay well rounded. She is always supportive and creates and adapts my routines around how I'm feeling and what I'm capable of. She sends reminders and helps me stay on track. Some days I don't feel up to putting in the effort but if I try to cancel she will encourage me to come in and attempt to accomplish something and I'm always glad I did. I feel much better physically than when I started and my pain is under better control. I highly recommend her if you need a caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable trainer. The gym itself is pretty good. There are a lot of amenities for the price. (Some machines could use a tune up here and there.)

If you've never done Pilates (I hadn't!) or never worked out they will get you the specific guidance you need and there are different class levels so you can progress. These types of studios start at the front desk (no way I want to work out somewhere when the first person I meet is rude, but I've never had that issue.) Each of the front desk staff has always been welcoming and helpful...they get to know you so they check you in before you even tell them your name. Heck you'll even see the manager checking people in! The instructors each create an inclusive environment where all body types and fitness levels are celebrated, making it easy for beginners and seasoned athletes and everyone in between to get a good workout in. You may not feel like you're working hard but you'll feel it the next day! I also like that they will correct your form so you don't go months with doing it the wrong way.
