She diligently worked on it for 90 minutes the for the first fill, and my lashes lasted a little over 14 days! I just came back from my 2nd lash fill with her and it only took an hour and it was at a reduced price. She is patient, delightful, and very professional. She definitely knows a lot about the shapes of the eyes and what kind of lashes will look better. I am anxiously awaiting my third refill with Stephanie next week!

They were performing the services without supervision. I was cut multiple times, literally four of my toes are bleeding and five of my fingernails are all cut and bleeding. Again, because the teacher/owner, WASN'T anywhere to be found, I asked for her multiple times, (they weren't able to find her) she finally came back in the room, and told me that I could cut my own nails. The owner/manager also accused me of having some sort of disease because my cuticles were bleeding from them cutting me!! She literally kept asking me as if I was lying! That's when I had enough and left. I've never in my 20+ years of getting my hands and feet done, have been told to cut my own nails, or been treated and disrespected this way.
