Dr. Herb is super knowledgeable and takes the time to show genuine concern for not just your injury but you as a person, and he has always been willing to take the time to answer questions. It's always refreshing to have health care providers take the time to make you feel informed and comfortable, and in my experience Dr. Herb has always done that. I've been in for spinal adjustments, tissue work and physical therapy and would recommend all of these services. If you had a poor experience here in the past, I'd encourage you to go back in. Every business has hiccups when they are first starting and I really feel that this business has made great improvements (not that my previous customer-service experiences were ever horrible, they are just more notably warm now).
