Caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. As other reviewers said, they do provide tips for you to stretch at home etc. I tried to stick with them but since I'm seeing Jeffrey almost on a monthly basis, I do rely on him fixing my sports injury instead. I highly recommend this place to anyone who have needs for a massage, as they treat you like a friend, not a patient, which I feel more relaxed and comfortable!

They take reservations and walk-ins and if/when you call and you get voicemail, leave a message and they'll promptly call you back.

I felt very much at ease with Carlo and was comfortable talking to him about everything - he made my experience a very positive one and I would highly recommend him.

After multiple conversations and callbacks, I was assured they had the appropriate specialists on staff and was booked accordingly. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the practitioner I was booked with was not the specialist I had been represented to be seeing, and was not even a fully licensed physiotherapist, but a resident. This was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I do not blame the practitioner personally -- the problem was the clinic's poor booking process, misleading communication, and failure to set accurate expectations. What made the situation far worse was how the clinic handled my complaint afterward. I raised my concerns in person and was told someone would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. No one ever did. I later followed up myself, cancelled my second appointment because I had completely lost confidence in the clinic, and repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner. The owner refused to speak with me and only communicated through the receptionist. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, they told me that if I ever wanted to return, I would have to pay for another full initial appointment all over again. They then tried to present a small discount on a future session as though it were a meaningful gesture, but that "discount" only applied after I first paid for another full initial assessment. In other words, the offer was essentially a trap: spend more money first, then receive a token reduction later, after they had already wasted my time and money the first time. This was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. What was most unacceptable was not just the original mix-up, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I've had at least 100+ massages before, because I've had back pain since I was a child and I can say with all honesty that I have never had such amazing deep tissue massages before.

How does a company justify charging full rate of service for a no-show when the acupuncturist only stays for 15 minutes? Let's say $25 on gas for travel (aggressively high) and $25/15 minutes of stay for the acupuncturist, we're only at $50 compared to $110 charged. Their corporate policy is to steal from their customers.
