I accompanied my wife Sonia to a Chinese massage and I wound up having an hour of massage therapy myself on my right shoulder, an old injury in my rotator cuff that has been bothering me for more than two years. I could not completely lift, rotate and carry load with my deteriorating right arm. I agreed to have the massage to see for myself if it will help. The lady masseur concentrated mostly on pressure points around my shoulder, neck and scapula to stimulate blood circulation at the affected areas. Better blood circulation, she said, will promote quick healing, flush away trapped toxins and maintain ideal body temperature in the affected areas. It was a not completely soothing, painless session however, considering that my shoulder had been damaged for sometime now, and I could not help screaming every once in a while during the procedure. I told myself, I will not come back for another session because it was somewhat painful. Today is the third day since I had that therapy and the improvement has been quite dramatic each day. Now I can already move my arm in all directions lift my arm upward almost straight up and more importantly no more lingering pain as before. Avoid this massage place at all costs ! I booked for two hours today. One weird thing is they want to Be paid up front weird. So I go in for my appointment the person massaging me and the front desk women are having a conversation in an Asian language the whole time I'm getting massages ! I explained I was trying to relax and they kept on like I wasn't there. 20 minutes into the massage my massage therapist tried to cancel my 2 hour appointment down to 1 hour in the middle of my massage ! That is when I got up and left. Mind you this is all within 20 minutes of my session they tried to keep 50 dollars for 20 minutes I paid the 35 to which they were owed ( 70 and hour) while give me my change back she tried to keep some of my money for her (tip) I told her to give me money back immediately and left. I have been going to therapy Massage for the past couple months. The massage service provided by Julie is great. Very Professional and helped me with sciatica as well as neck problems. Since starting massage service my pain levels have almost disappeared. She is very sensitive to relieving any pain and or giving you the most relaxing massage. What an amazing massage. My wife went to see Julie for her Psyhatica pain and after one visit she was able to walk with out any pain. As for me I have been dealing with lower back pain for years. I also had an older muscle pull injury that flares up every so often and causes me to walk a bit off. This has caused me to have psyhatica pain in my left hip area that i have never felt before which went all the way down my leg. I didnt bother to explain my middle back issues or my common everyday neck tension becuase all i wanted was relief from the psyhatica pain, but Julie was able to get it all! I was able to walk afterwards with NO PAIN AT ALL!!! I felt so much better and pain free after my first visit! Im definitely going back. If i could i would go back tommrow!! I have had many therapeutic massages for many years. However, not all massages are the same because of different techniques. However, I am truly pleased and thankful that I found Julie . I could tell right away that she is very knowledgeable of the causes of my pain. She concentrated on those muscle areas and its points and applied her own techniques that made me feel very relaxed afterwards. It is a great feeling that when I am experiencing pain I can go to her and she can relieve my pain.
