Worst experience I've ever had at a massage place. Avoid this place, period. 130bucks spent in 35 mins massage

I've been coming here for the last several years, since moving to palm coast, from the West Coast. I have received many deep tissue massages in my life but still by far the best I've ever had are from Therapy Massage Palm coast. If you're like me, and you like a VERY firm and VERY deep massage, elbows in the neck, etc., this is the place for you. I just left with an hour deep tissue massage from Jenny and it was wonderful, the best massage overall but by far the best neck massage I've ever had. Avoid this massage place at all costs ! I booked for two hours today. One weird thing is they want to Be paid up front weird. So I go in for my appointment the person massaging me and the front desk women are having a conversation in an Asian language the whole time I'm getting massages ! I explained I was trying to relax and they kept on like I wasn't there. 20 minutes into the massage my massage therapist tried to cancel my 2 hour appointment down to 1 hour in the middle of my massage ! That is when I got up and left. Mind you this is all within 20 minutes of my session they tried to keep 50 dollars for 20 minutes I paid the 35 to which they were owed ( 70 and hour) while give me my change back she tried to keep some of my money for her (tip) I told her to give me money back immediately and left. I was scheduled for a typical 1hr at 7pm. When I arrived they told me they can only do 45 min because they have couple coming in ( they were spending more money so my appointment wasn't a priority), and I they were extremely pushy saying I have to do 4 hands. They were talking the whole time in their language and ambiance felt like a brothel. read more

Wonderful, strong, hour long massage. I like very deep hard massages. I have some very tight spots and I feel like they all got worked out. I will be back again soon to try to maintain my relaxed neck and back. No specials offered now. It's not $10 off for ladies like the description says here. My friend stopped by ahead of time to get a brochure. We thought $60.00 for a foot massage and body massage was great. We called and made our appointment. Upon arrival we were informed that it was $70.00 my friend said you need to change your brochures. Then they wanted payment upfront. The gal pulled out a notification that if you were paying credit card you had to pay $2.00 additional - my friend informed them that should be posted out front not as you get ready to pay you pull it out. Relaxing atmosphere with welcoming & friendly people. I asked for a 60 minute deep tissue and was kindly shown to my private room. The massage table was comfortable and sheets were soft. The woman who gave me the massage listened to my requests (left hip) and paid special attention to these areas. This was very important to me since it had been bothering me all week. I love the massage and reflexology here. It's affordable plus women get $10 off. They use hot stones on every massage for no extra charge. It's a comfortable, peaceful place. But keep in mind this is a little more intense of a massage than what some people are used to - you must be very clear if you want a gentle massage. read more

I ended up with terrible bruising and pain for days and when I told her to stop she keep telling me to relax. Very painful and also not very professional. She keep running to the phone durning the massage and would leave the door wide open while I was laying there with nothing on. Don't trust this lady, speaks no English and end up hurting my back, legs, and neck. I have pre-existing injuries told her to be careful but she decided to work as a chiropractic and end up hurting me very severe suing this lady. read more

I must say, my mom and I had been going here once a month for three months. We loved the massages. However today I called to set an appt. to make sure they would have two people (one for each of us). I told them two people and the time. When we arrived the lady did not speak english and acted as if she had no idea I called. They even sent me a text message after I called. This was upsetting as we drove all the way there. I guess this is not a trusted place. read more
