I never actually got a facial from this woman. She had a deal with eLiveLife. She answered the phone even though she was driving, and told me to call her back and leave a message so that she could call me back. So, I leave a nice message and let her know that I have a deal through eLiveLife. She never calls back. So, a couple days later, I call again and leave a message and she doesnt call back. I called her again one more time, a couple days later, and still, nothing. Very unprofessional. Even if she stopped accepting the deals through eLiveLife, she could have called to let me know. I still have no clue as to why a person would be so unprofessional when she obviously has tons of competition, but it doesnt matter. Wow I had a great facial, back facial, and foot massage with Laura this afternoon! I am not new to facials but was new to the spa. Laura has a really soothing presence and she made me feel very comfortable. She used her tools effectively, didn't rush any steps, and I left feeling really relaxed and like my skin was newly smooth and glowing. I can't wait to see how my skin looks in a few days... Bravo Laura!! You're a great asset to your employer! About the spa: don't be worried about the older reviews that complain about the scheduling issues. Scheduling is now done online (with no credit card deposit though, unlike some salons) and was easy and hassle free. Bonus, once you're on their scheduling page there are lots of packages and deals listed that aren't on their regular site... The spa is clean and pleasant with water and snacks at checkin. I had one of the best facial/massage here. My mom, sister, and I had a spa day since we all needed to de-stress from the daily grind. We had several spa gift ceritficates to redeem. I had the European facial with a 30-min spa massage add on. While my mom and sister had an hour massage and the 30-min foot pamper add-on. I had a facial once before and had a horrble experience. So I was a little hesitant to get one done. My facialist listened to my concerns from my previous experience and did an awesome job. Her fingers on my face were like magic! Sandi (the owner) did my 30-min spa massage. When my time was up I did not want her to stop. I'm definitely going back again and getting the full hour. My mom and sister had similiar experiences. It was mom's first time getting a real massage from a spa. She had a wonderful time. She wants to go at least once a month to get a little pampered. I bought the Groupon deal for this spa that included the 60 minute massage, peppermint foot treatment, dry brush and stone treatment, and the glass of wine. I tried to keep an open mind going in, and honestly wasn't too sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Sandy Munoz, who I had scheduled to have as my massage therapist that day. Sandy was extremely sweet and relaxed, and truly made me feel welcome and at ease. She got me my glass of wine, and we chatted for a bit before she brought me into the massage room. The room was wonderful - the lights were dim and (fake) candles lined the walls for a great ambiance that was complemented by a small fountain and relaxing music playing. Sandy said to dress down to my comfort level, and that she would be back momentarily. She reassured me that I would be covered by the blanket on the table at all times, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Once she came back in, she started with a dry exfoliation (brush) which felt amazing, and then started the massage. Sandy and I had a great rapport so we talked throughout the entire appointment (haha), but she also mentioned that if I do come back and I don't want to talk in the future, that would be totally fine as well. She was also very mindful of what type of pressure I was ok with (and what heat for the stones), and I felt so comfortable and relaxed for the entire appointment. Sandy is truly an asset to this place - she is not only great at her trade, but also knows how to keep open communication with her client and ensure that they have exactly the type of experience they want. I was really happy with my hot stone massage given to me by Amber. The only con I could think of was yeah there was difficulty with booking and setting a time, but that was it and it wasn't a huge issue. This was an actual 60 minute massage- not one of those 50 minute massages with 10 minutes to change. She was friendly as was the girl who gives manicures and pedicures who also gave me a glass of wine. The next time they have specials for hot stone massages (the only ones I get), I will definitely purchase. At full retail I wouldn't but I never pay full price for a massage anyway. read more

Scheduling is very easy to do online and Ken provided a very high quality, professional massage. They were a little late because the masseuse before me running, but Ken was very friendly and offered a glass of wine while I waited. The stone massage and foot scrub are great too. Their office is in the back of the building in a quiet area, and very well decorated. They have the full experience with relaxing music, waterfall, and heated massage tables. Like a salon they offer nail, brow, and other services which I think can also be scheduled online. The only tip I have is to make sure they record the full voucher and Barcode numbers if you use a Groupon before you mark it as redeemed. I entered that information online when I scheduled but I guess they need it after the service is provided as well and the Groupon app no longer let's you go back and view the voucher once it's been marked redeemed. Current contacting customer support to get that info for Ken. Overall they are definitely worth checking out! read more

I had a groupon deal and made an apppointment for 12 noon on a Saturday for a 75 minute treatment with a 60 minute facial and scrub (15 minutes). I arrived at 11:50 and there seemed to be a room scheduling problem. I did not mind waiting for things happen around the holidays. I was taken in the back room (not a regular room) at 12:15pm. The massage started at 12:20 and was very nice but at 1:15 she said we were done and she disappeared to do another treatment. I received 55 minutes of my 70 minutes because they had a scheduling issue and did not get what was promised. I have nothing negative to say about the treament that I received, quality of the treatment, nor did I mind waitng during the crazy holidays but I was expecting 70 and received 55 (20% less). This is a cute place, decorated well and offers wine!! I had a small setback as my masseuse never showed but the manicurist was able to get someone to fill in for her at the last minute. I just had to wait about an hour until the other masseuse was done with his client. The masseuse really put his all into it and worked out some of the knots in my shoulders and back, finishing with hot stones. I'm not sure if the issue with the scheduling was a problem on my side as I used online scheduling and never called to confirm with the spa. read more
