I contacted Theresa through my employers lawyer services. She is extremely aggressive and extremely pushy, nor professional. I do not recommend her at all even if your benefits fully cover her. I spoke to her about creating Wills, health directives, and such documents and she would continuously use lawyer jargon just so that I wouldn't understand her and to make me feel intimidated. I repeatedly had to interrupt and tell her that my background is not law, and I would appreciate it if she could explain in more detail what she's talking about. It was obvious she did not like this.
