Despite being told we would contest an issue in court, I was ultimately directed to sign documents during mediation without meaningful preparation or explanation. I did not feel adequately advised or represented in that process; I felt alone throughout the whole process. The office's lack of organization further complicated matters, including a poorly handled property retrieval that became unnecessarily difficult.
