I have consistently had problems with my unit since I bought it. It does not cool the way that it was supposed to and they cannot get it to work correctly. They now cannot even get parts for that unit. It has been a complete waste of money. read more

Had a great experience with the road call guys from here. Trailer was blowing warm air compressor was not working right . They told me a 5 and a half hour job and that was 100 percent understandable with the work they had to do time was about 5:15 when they told me this. So went and took a nap and 2 hours later getting a bang on the door saying hey it's fixed outstanding service thank you so much . read more

I purchased TRI-PAC APU for $12,500.00 and had it installed in my Semi-Truck at Thermo King in Chattanooga. I had to return 3 times due to issues within the first 6 months due the bad job they did when installing the unit. I will never return to this Thermo King dealer for any service or repairs. Thermo King makes good equipment but this dealer is not the place to go for service! read more

Terrible service. My unit wasn't blowing hot air after running for an hr or so. Happened twice. Brought truck in and was told that my dogs bed was blocking it. Nope. If that was the case I wouldn't have had any space to put my feet down in front of the vents to feel that the air was now cold. It was never a "dog bed" issue. Seriously let down by this huge waste of time. And they didn't even leave my truck locked over the weekend. Great f'n customer service. Never never come here! read more
