None of the Asian women speak much English, so be prepared for that. They do conduct themselves professionally though! Unlike reviews of other places, my worker stayed in the room and worked on me the full hour, other than fetching a hot towel once. I was not asked about specifics, so it was mostly surface strokes and some stretching. Very light oil. Mostly face down; maybe the last 15 flipped over. Compared to previous experiences at other venues, I don't think that my worker had taken formal classes. I was left to get dressed, and when I did, I was asked for a tip with humility. Thankfully I was not harassed for more money, as I've read happens at other places. I picked up a card on the way out: Golden Phoenix Massage. Not the same as what is on the door. Maybe they did, or are, rebranding? Summary: It was a good, basic relaxation massage for $60. If you want a more therapeutic experience, go to one of the many places around that charges $90 or more.

The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I was then walked into my spa room which again THIS IS MY 1ST TIME I made this very clear when I entered the spa but when I was walked to my spa room I was told nothing but a gesture hand pat on the spa bed. I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.
