Pretended not to know what an arrondissement is and said there was no street by the name we are at in Paris. We rent there. Continued to laugh. Told me if I spoke slow in English she would help me. She had me repeat the street name 7 times while laughing and mocking the letters back asking me to pronounce them. I asked her what her name was and she said Smithsonian. Absolutely despicable for a medical care service.
