i contracted m.hunsy.painters to pressure wash clean…read morecutters, scrape, sand if necessary. also i had mentioned that my front door threshold stupe needed to be replaced . this was after i was given the quote for the previous mentioned work as i was going to have carpinter give estimate for the front door threshold stupe . mike acreed to replace stupe for the same as original quote which saved me money. the weather didn't cooperate but rather than take short cut of painting on damp wood he insisted that it had to be dry for 24 hours. every thing was masked of so no running of paint cleaned windows. the scraping turned out to be more extensive than previously thought but mike stood by his quote which i found to be refreshing . the other thing is the front stupe was alot more extensive replace he brought in a carpenter for assistance all within the original quote.
