I called in early May and was told it was a two week wait; I scheduled service. The day they were supposed to show up I arrived home and could see they did not come. I called and was told by the owner that they did come but the truck was too big and a neighbor told them they could not block the street. The owner promised they would come back out by the end of the week as I wanted this done before Memorial Day. Again they never showed. I never received any type of follow-up call prior to the original appointment or to say they came and could not perform the work. My experience since I have bought a house is that these service companies/contractors do not have good business or work ethic; they either are not reliable and do not follow through, are that busy they don't need the work or are being selective in the work they do. Well, there are plenty of others willing to do the work.

Said he would paint our house in May. No show in May, June or July 2023. No response; still has our money. No one knows where he lives, so it's not like we can go see him and get our money. Our neighbor also gave him a deposit; same story. We have both been cheated out of thousands of dollars. We now have to go to court to get our money back. Don't walk, RUN away from this scammer!
