I don't know very much about design and marketing, but Derek was very helpful in providing me a starting place and insight into designs that would convey my personality and business goals. Since I also needed a website for my business, Derek designed a site that was simple enough for my very small business needs and budget, but that was also user friendly and complex enough to fit my personal specifications. Another invaluable service that Design Buddy offered with my website was Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - an essential service that gets my site and my business name out there in the search engines to generate traffic to my site. Derek was extremely patient and responsive to my communications. He made the overwhelming process of getting my business design out of my head and onto the site painless. I have already recommended Design Buddy to others, and look forward to an ongoing to business relationship for future design and website needs.

Located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, it operates as a working museum using vintage wood/metal type to create posters for modern artists, preserving 20th-century Southern visual culture. It's a very famous print shop that prints posters for musicians, sports teams, and everything in between, but we had never heard of it. The print shop is currently located in the same building as the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and we discovered the print gift shop the day before, as we walked through the side entrance of the building instead of the main entrance to get to the museum, although we didn't realize at the time the significance and history of the print shop, or that there were tours available. We found out about the tour (and the existence of the print shop) when we went to purchase our tickets for the museum. At the ticket desk, there was a sign with the prices of museum tickets and print shop tours, and the very friendly museum employee asked us if we knew about the print shop, which we didn't. We didn't have time for a tour of the print shop the same day we went to the museum, but fortunately we were able to purchase tickets for the next day. The cost of the tour was $23US, and the tour was about an hour. They tell you about the history of the print shop and the printing technique used (letter press printing, no more than three runs through the press), and then you have the opportunity to "print" your own mini souvenir poster (the first two layers/colors are already done, and you put the poster through the press for the third round, adding the last color). What's really cool is that every year they have a different souvenir poster, so they sort of become collectors' items, and getting a mini poster is worth the cost of the tour. The majority of the tour, where they explain the history of the print shop and the printing technique, and where you print your poster, takes place in a room covered in posters. After the talk, they allow ample time for you to take photos of all the posters. I absolutely loved the tour, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Nashville. We had never heard of Hatch Show Print, and we were thrilled to discover it. If you go to Nashville, a tour of the print shop is an absolute must. And after the tour, if you show your tour ticket, you get 10% off in the gift shop. (Of course we bought several items!) [Yelp collections: Nashville, TN 2026]

I totally Jive with this place!…read more Jive is an amazing and fast print studio. I ordered four prints of some Yelp signs on foam board on a Friday night and had them all done on a Tuesday morning. Bryan, my printer contact, was very attentive and communicated constantly via email. When I got the signs, I realized they were all in red, shit, I had only sent him the red versions! I needed four signs, but in different colors; red, black and gold. I emailed Bryan immediately and told him about my mistake. Bryan got back to me within a few minutes and said he could get the new colors done ASAP. On top of that he gave a discount for the new order. My dude! Bryan, saved my butt and was super cool the entire time. Great service and great results. If you need anything printed, Jive is your place!

I have worked with Jive on several occasions that have included mass printing for a very large scale event and also for smaller quantity jobs and they have always provided fair quotes and been ahead of deadline. I also can't give them enough kudos about how well they communicate. They always make sure that they send over updates and revisions and are very clear on pricing and realistic deadlines. In an industry that can be known to over-promise and under-deliver, it's never the case here! Located in Cummins Station, their location is central and you can park in the lot across the street for free to pick up your order. They also offer design and mail services too. Color copies are always 29 cents too! TIP: Email them at print@jivedigital.com with your order request before you call and they can shoot over an accurate quote immediately!
