    Jiu Jitsu Belt Ceremony

This place has become home away from home. Joined about 8 months ago & have been training 5 days a week. Master Roberto, Master Joe & Master Katy are all trained & skilled teachers! From Jiu Jitsu, to Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, boxing & wrestling; this is the place to go! I started as a beginner and I have been able to witness my own personal growth from their training. Master Roberto is the man! He treats you like family and has a passion to see everyone grow, as well as having specific and individual goals for each and everyone of his students. HIGHLY recommend this gym to all adult males, females and children alike.

I started going to Team Third Law for martial arts training, and was welcomed by the students and staff. They have expansive facilities and are thoroughly equipped to teach adults as much as they are willing to learn. As soon as my wife and I felt our son was ready, he too was enrolled, and if I thought the adult program was great, the kids programs are over the top. The level at which the instructors are able to engage the children is staggering. My wife and I are very impressed. Since then, I have also started to do strength training and my wife intends to enroll in martial arts as well. Couldn't recommend Team Third Law enough!

I started training at the age of 19 years of age at Third Law Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Since that day my life completely changed. Now I am 23, I went from being a skinny kid who could get beat up by a girl to a Panamerican Champion, but more importantly I have an extended family at Third Law Bjj. I am currently a coach at the school something I am very proud off. If you are young and want to find a coach that will give you his heart and dedication to help you achieve your goals, Roberto and his team will. Thank you TTL for being a family to me.

Hey guys If you have kids or just looking for some great self defense/ Bjj training ,I wouldn't go anywhere else in Naples!!! I travel the US a lot for Jiu Jitsu, and this place By far is one of The best facilities/staff I have seen in a while. So again if you're looking for a life changing event bring the family down to Third Law Jiu Jitsu, and talk to professor Roberto Torralbas!!

Walking into…read moreSymmetry is like walking into Cheers because everyone who works there knows you and genuinely cares about you. I can't come up with a good TV show analogy for interacting with other clients and it's hard to describe how you end up feeling supported and supportive of another client working out across the room but you do. There is something about Symmetry that makes everyone feel comfortable, relaxed, and included and that is so unusual in the best way. It's something you'll feel when you walk in the door. And fair warning, you can also expect to have Jay throw something at you as you walk in and yet strangely, you look forward to it. The best way to get a sense of what it's like to be a Symmetry client is to take advantage of the free consultation offer. But if you're like me & want a sense before u set foot inside the door then u should check out the testimonials on their website. I tried to cut & paste mine here but it exceeded the text limit! Actually everybody should read the testimonials. When u look at their testimonials you will see the diversity of the clientele and how much we care about the gym & our respective trainers. The testimonials offer a very detailed and genuine peek into the gym so to speak. It's rare for a gym to get so many clients to actually write out testimonial -- even rarer for them to be so open and personal. That's true with respect to Facebook too. How many gym's have pages that customers actively engage with? They go beyond sharing just fitness info and celebrate their clients on that page & their clients appreciate it (yes, I am speaking from experience ). Symmetry is a like personalized gym community -- whoever u train with is going to work WITH you to accomplish YOUR goals. Everybody at the gym is going to cheer you on whatever those may be.

The Doc wanted to open me up again or start injections and the PT didn't know what to do for me anymore. They told me I should plan on only doing pilates or swimming from here on out, but that wasn't going to work for an active person such as myself. It ended up being weakness in my last two toes which Jason had an exercise for along with the rest of the weak parts in my body. Needless to say, I've discontinued seeing both of those previous advisors and have started my journey back to a stronger, healthier me with SYMMETRY. (I mean, why would you ever resort to treating something if you could prevent/stop it from happening in the first place?!) Symmetry is a no-brainer.
