What ever you do DON'T get caught by these criminals. Sign you up to long contracts with extortionate early exit fees. Not helpful and aggressive on the phone. Hidden costs everywhere within contract and guaranteed to only be one winner = Thirsty Work. Avoid at all cost! Icing on the cake is they are charging for 13 bottles on exit (6 months left on a 5 year contract) and we have had 1 bottle this year if that. Be more than happy to pay up contract for next 6 months but they won't do that as they make more money with all the termination fees they can add on. Water bottles, collection, unit rental. Costing far more to exit now than if I was to exit in 6 months but want done with now. read more

Awful, just awful. Before getting involved with Thirsty Works, please read all the comments and feedback below, do your research into this company works ethics and standards, wish I had. They trick you into 60 months terms, even you discuss 12 months at the initial meeting and over the phone. The boilers don't actually fit the purpose, doesn't serve boiling water, maybe for the first two cups hot (not boiling) of the promised ten, then just warm water, so we moved back to a good old kettle. Customer Service absolutely appalling! Reported them to Trading Standards. read more

Whilst the service is good beware when you sign up and agree to it - it's a 60 month contract!! that is very unclear when the person comes round with the sales patter initially - I was under the impression that there was no contract which was why I signed up and now 10 months in I'm wanting to cancel and they're saying I can't as I signed up for a 60 month contract - which I obviously did (but didn't read the small print - not sure many people do) read more

I have a hot and cold water cooler/heater in my home. I am disabled and its great to be able to make my own drinks. I couldnt be without it. The staff are always polite and happy. I usually speak to Nicky who is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My equipment is serviced regularly and when i need extra water it is delivered quickly. The drivers who deliver and servics are always polite and happy. I would recommend Thirsty Work to anyone and have. The prices are cheap and service is fantastic. I have used Thirsty Work and have found although the ladies that answer the phone are quite helpful there is a very rude man who answers. The quality of their coolers aren't as good as other providers. read more

We have a Thirsty Work mains fed water cooler in the office, it works well and we've never had any issues with it. The service from Thirsty Work has been good and they're always helpful. Since having the cooler installed we've got to know the team at Thirsty Work (through a project we've been working on together) and they're a pleasure to work with. read more

What a waste of space .. very poor service... the driver that calls won't clean the cooler and the man on the phone is rude ...
