Granted, this isn't the high-tech Culligan man dropping bottles, this is your good ol' neighborhood delivery man. Thiágua has a little storefront on Rua Artur de Azevedo and you can walk in to set up your service, it's really easy. We bought a nifty water pump there and then for R$10 (~$4 USD), we got a giant bottle (good enough to last the week - we drink a lot of water).
