First we stopped at the gorgeous town of Mougins where Picasso called home... then to Grasse, the perfume capital of Europe... and finally we experienced a breathtaking ride to the medieval Gourdon Village for a lovely stroll, awesome photo ops and a tasty lunch. My mom is disabled so getting on and off tour buses has become too difficult. Plus there is no personalized service on a big tour. William was able to accommodate all of us and mom's collapsed wheelchair in his van and did everything he could to make my mom comfortable. William was as knowledgeable as he was friendly, and we leave this stop on our cruise with special memories of what felt like a very exclusive experience.

Before leaving home, I researched options to have us met at the ship and tour us around before heading home. I was fortunate to have found Riviera Premium Tour online, and began communication through the internet with Jerome. He gave us a wonderful price for the day we were hoping for....he picked us up promptly at the ship, drove us all through Monte Carlo in a very nice van (including stops at the Casino and Palace, we well as a race around the Grand Prix track) , took us up the middle corniche for a wonderful visit to Eze (medieval village), and then on to Nice where we pointed us to a great restaurant for lunch. After, Jerome dropped us off at our Nice hotels, six hours after we began. I can't say enough about how wonderful the day was, and what a great host Jerome turned out to be.
