My PCM referred me to this office and said that Dr. Eaton was one of the best. I called to make my appt, the young man that answered the phone was quite rude. He cut me off as I was talking and started asking for my info. Once I said I wanted to be seen by Dr. Eaton he said well you cant. With no further info, I had to ask why. He then very aggressively said because he is not taking any new patients. I said ok, well my Dr. referred me here I didnt ask to come here so I guess I will just have to call him back if I cant be seen. He then again very rudely said you can been seen by someone else here.
