I waited a long time to write this review it never feels good to say something not nice about someone. I went to the office for the first time and saw Alice. I have never been made to feel like I was inconveniencing a dr with my questions and asking for help as I m dealing with a long term issue. I have to say she is the most uncompassionate dr I have ever encountered. Be sure to check your EOB statement from your insurance company. They collect more than what your actual copay is. They have done this to me several times. This is an illegal insurance practice. They are not allowed to collect more than what your insurance covers. You have to then call the billing company to get your refund. What a waste of time. Do not over pay you may never get your money back. Staff is rude and unfriendly. I would rather have skin cancer than go to this doctor office. Stay away Stay away Stay away. read more

The receptionist at the desk is cold and uninviting has no personality at all. The caregivers friendly and professional. Don't even bother calling no one ever answers the phone. You leave a message you don't get a return. Call call again. No one answers the phone. whole system sucks read more

I've been to this facility three times for a rash on my penis and each time I've seen someone different; no continuity. This last time, the assistant told me to take off my shirt. She didn't even know why I was there. During the exam, I was told that they may have to do a biopsy to determine the cause of the rash even though the ointments I was prescribed after the last visit has pretty much cleared up the rash. Then I was told that if the biopsy came back positive they may have "remove my penis." Are you kidding? No other potential treatment options were even discussed. I was speechless. After this, I have no confidence in the ability of this facility to properly diagnose and treat my condition. read more

I had a great experience there. A very serious cancer was found and I got into a plastic surgeon for wide excision and biopsy and then the oncologist within one week. I am now over 3 years cancer free and I have a diagnosis that when treated correctly has a less than 33% 5 years cancer free survival rate. read more

This is now Thomas Dermatology I truly had the best dr. Hand removed some basal cell cancer and I had plastic surgery. I am 67 I had to go back the next day to have someone help me bandage. Sharon in the back came up and helped me and explained everything to detail. I went back again 3 days later again Sharon helped me. The bandages are in a hard spot and I don't know what I would do if this beautiful person wouldn't have helped me thank you Sharon" I was treated with respect ! read more

Update. I got a robocall at 6:30 on a Friday, after the office was closed, of course. I called at 6:45 and left a voice mail cancelling my appointment. Their response? They robotexted me at 9:45 on Monday to confirm the appointment that I cancelled on Friday. I guess I was right. This office does NOT consider me to be an actual living, breathing human being. How very, very disappointing. I guess they are too important and successful to care about the people who use their services. read more

I felt that everyone at this office treated me as a welcome guest. Family even. They were friendly, upbeat, and empathetic. They helped make a very unpleasant procedure endurable, and I am grateful. The first time I went there I waited in the exam room for over an hour. I think they went to lunch. I went back a 2nd time and had minor surgery. They were sure they got it all so they sewed me up and sent me home. When I went back a month later for my follow up appointment I didn't even see a Dr. I drove 180 miles round trip. They didn't seem to know why I was even there. I still don't know if they got it all. My face is still tender after all this time but they obviously don't care. The office staff was great and are not included in my remarks, here.  I got an appointment for a full body look over. The girl that took me to an exam room with my paperwork knew nothing about why I was there and I had to tell her. When I asked for a gown, she said they were all out and did I mind sitting in my underwear. I said I do mind and said I would just do my upper body as I track myself closely and the spot on my lower right calf  was the only one that needed to be looked at/biopsied.  I probably should have leftt, then. I had 3 biopsies taken.  The one on my leg became infected and that's where the trouble started.  At that point, I decided I wanted my pathology and culture tests  to read through them.  To my surprise, while reading through them, I found things that never happened and things that did happen that were never mentioned.  I then set up an appointment so I could discuss why this was and try to clear the air.  I went to my appointment and was taken to an exam room.  A woman came in I had never seen before.  Pretty quickly I knew then she was there to cover for the person/s who wrote the reports.  I tried to go back to the beginning, but she would have none of it.  She was extremely rude, unpleasant, and openly hostile.  I finally told her I had date stamped pictures to prove what I was saying and did she want to look at them? She said no she didn't and it was time for me to leave right now!  And so I did.  I would steer clear of this place for any Dermatology concerns! read more

A PLUS for Dr. "J" Dr J gave me exceptional service and everything I asked for. My mommy makeover.... after 4 children 4 c-sections. I had "the hang" over with the belly, saggy breast and muffin tops. And turning 50! All gone! Who says I can't look 34 again! Thank u Dr J. I love who I am and how I look. Ur the best. So.....I finally made an appointment with this group to address some skin issues I was struggling with and boy was I majorly disappointed in the entire process at this so-called medical facility. Appointment desk was sketchy and made mistakes right off the bat..re-scheduled me...then when I was seen...I was basically NOT listened to at all by the young Female Doctor and her assistant in training. She dismissed my concerns and referred me to simply go see an Aesthetician for my skin issues related to aging. Really?? I was not impressed with that kind of crap at all. So, basically I was charged over $300 for an appointment with some lazy doctor that didn't even treat me!!?? Then they sent me threatening statements after not billing my insurance!? What a hot mess this place is! THEN....my elderly Father aged 81 was referred by his Primary GP to this place as well for skin cancer on his forearm. They removed a lot of tissue from his arm....left a huge stitched area that looked like a 5 year old did it and then left him with minimal aftercare....they didn't even see him for a full month to check his progress of healing!! He came back to them a month later all infected from their neglectful care. Now back on meds and topical and more visits$ and really shitty care. I wish I had an attorney. They suck. read more

I disagree that Dr. Dulat cares at all, he came in to the room, spoke to the nurse, cut a wide gash on my neck and never said one word to me. another Dr came in and stitched me up, he was caring and nice. I will not go back to that office as long as Dr. Dulat is the primary surgeon. read more

Dr. Daulat is passionate about your skin care! I would not go to any other dermatologist . He's worth the wait.

This is the second time that I attempted to facilitate a simple "derma" appointment! Both times, they would not fully commit to an appointment if they did not pre-approve my insurance. I never indicated that I could not or would not pay at the time of services but they did not seem to care. The first time, I waited in the reception room for 15-25 minutes only to be told that they could not see me. The second time,very recently, they would not hold my appointment for the next day even though my new PCP was the doctor that I was scheduled to see (Dr. Chad Taylor). What is this place? A company only interested in an insurance/Medicare scam? Since when does a physicians office deny services for CASH? It is stressful enough making the appointment but to have this type of treatment is so unacceptable. read more

this is the worst facility in Kingman. they overlooked some skin cancer the first time, but said they had got it all. then on the second removal, they were in such a hurry, it left me with a frankenstein type scare on the end of my nose. good luck if you go here. read more
