My son had two surgeries with dr Sparano to correct both functional and aesthetic issues .The…read morefirst surgery went wrong because a month after the operation, his nose went back to how it was before and my son couldn't breathe properly .The doctor then suggested doing a several procedures in his office to fix the problem , but none of them worked. He later recommended a second surgery to correct the issue, this time billing the insurance to cover the costs. However, the surgery also failed . My son has allergies and still can't breathe well, so I took him to another doctor who ordered X Rays. The images clearly show that his septum is still deviated .The new doctor advised against any further surgeries since my son has already undergone four failed procedures on his nose, and additional operations are not recommended . Having a cosmetic procedure which is not cheap and not getting the results you were promised is very disappointing .

No lines maybe a week after that no change look the same. Also he took a little fat under the chin and now I have a line down with two pockets. I saw Dr. Nagy my last visit, I never saw him in between only his PA. He said there was no guarantee. I am very disappointed not only the expense, But the time I put into it if I knew there was really no guarantee. I wonder if I would've done this very disappointed. Frustrated about this.
