The payoff amounts were not correct. Once we did close, a week had gone by without the payoffs being sent by Fidelity. These were Fidelity's issues, not Peter and TILAs, but it was the company they chose for this part of the process. After being patient for days, as soon as I brought these issues to Peter's attention, his pressure on Fidelity fixed things.
