They've handled a couple of situations well, I had a flugelhorn stolen (I was careless), and I had my car insurance bounce up after two accidents that really weren't my fault. And the lions at the entrance are cool. I know the big insurance companies are very seductive with the absolute best commercials on television, but think about the advertising budget. Insurance companies are in the business of making money, not helping you. You need an insurance agent on your side, someone you can trust who knows what she's doing. You'll find here here. I called Philleo Agency Insurance in Brookfield and what a stroke of luck that was! Jenna Starr took my call and listened to what I needed. She asked me many detailed questions about my home and current coverage. Then she asked me to send over my current insurance company's declaration of coverage so that she could do a thorough comparison. After 3 days Jenna called me and was excited to tell Me she found me some great coverage, for BOTH my home and car, much more than I currently had and for less money. She emailed me The paperwork so we could review it. Then a few days later we met in her office and went over all the coverage and numbers.
