Told me they'd review the tapes of my signing documents and never got a call back. They know there wrong. I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured!
