The ONLY department that responds and does their job is accounting. Before you know you got an award from 3M rhey have already taken "their" 42.5%. When you ask why the fee went up they say because they had ro file in the court, when you ask for the order to validate the increased fee you send emails and make calls for 4 months and only the other law firm responds by saying talk to your attorney. So glad my AFFF case is not with this guy. His only focus is taking your money so he can pay 6million for a birthday party. He makes his money by dancing on the broken backs of disabled veterans while running a "paper mill". Dont click free consultation, scroll on. Can always go pro se. Let me start by saying this law firm is trash. They have been representing me for 6 years on the 3M lawsuit for hearing loss and Tinnitus. This is a $6.8 billion multidistrict lawsuit. I have severe tinnitus and hearing loss. My tinnitus is so severe I cant work and receive disability from both the Military and Social Security. I first secured TJH in 2018 for the 3m lawsuit. for almost 7 years they were decent. about 2 years ago (almost 5 years in) I stopped getting return calls, refusals to discuss anything over email. and now with the 3M EIF lawsuit coming to a close I requested a reconsideration since I believed that I stood a pretty good chance. rather than discussing it with me. I was lied to by a lawyer who admitted to lying to me on the phone, I was also told that my reconsideration would be filed since I requested it. since then I have gotten zero responses since June after multiple emails and calls. which caused me to miss my reconsideration window. Ultimately it seems this firm only cares about disabled veterans and taking care of clients when they can cash in on a multi million dollar pay out. read more

I've been a paralegal for over 25 years. We usually refer to personal injury (PI), Worker's Comp., and bankruptcy law firms as "paper mills." Paper mills are law firms who have more clients than they can handle, huge turnover in staff, and after they sweet talk you into signing their retainer agreement, you're lucky if you can get anybody on the phone who can even find your case. When I was in a car accident in early December (2019), I had to call an attorney. I figured I was in for the paper-mill law firm nightmare. However, this wasn't the case. This firm (TJH) actually knew who I was when I called, and the attorney that I was assigned to, Tyler Churchman, actually responded promptly to both emails and telephone calls. I think the longest that I ever had to wait to hear back from him was the next day. This is EXTREMELY RARE for these types of firms. I've had attorneys that didn't get back to me for several months.They could never keep track of what doctors I had seen, or what specialties the doctors practiced. I was considered to be a royal pain for expecting to hear back from my attorney in under two months. Mr. Churchman's office is professional, and when you call, the office staff actually tries to find your attorney or someone else who can help you. When you are sent to a medical office, you don't feel like you need to spray yourself down with Lysol when you leave. Even if you leave settlement out of it, an attorney who communicates, and sends you to doctors that know what they're doing, and who don't look like they graduated at the bottom of their class, already puts this firm in a completely different class from most typical PI firms. You've essentially hit the lottery. Seriously. Attorneys fees' and medical fees are deducted from your final settlement. To end up with close to 50% of the total settlement is truly remarkable. Every case, and the circumstance of that case, will be different. I got what I considered to be a favorable result. I highly recommend this firm, and specifically Tyler Churchman. I would never have thought that I would write a favorable review for ANY PI firm. This is definitely the one to choose! read more

Thomas J Henry pretends to care, and then they leave you MUCH worse off than when you started. I was hit by a driver that had multiple court violations, and their insurance company is repeatedly being sued and reported, and Thomas J Henry did absolutely nothing to help me. What they did do was rack up medical bills ($5000 for one appointment, medicines, and one test) and then left me to pay for them because they said I violated a traffic law by changing lanes, and that's why they couldn't represent me. I told the cops this after the accident and I wasn't even ticketed. When I was their client, all I did was be compliant and honest- I used their doctors, went to my appointment, and told them all the facts about the accident every time. All of that was a waste of time. They didn't even tell me they dropped my case- I got a call from their high price pharmacy asking how I was going to pay for my medication now since I no longer had a lawyer. Honestly, these people are absolute garbage. There are way too many lawyers out there to go with these guys. read more

I needed an attorney who had the attributes described in the commercials. However, I was not pleased by the millions Henry made by in contrast to his clients. I called in an off-hour and was told to call the next day, Obviously, his commercials were false in stating he would help 24/7. When I called the next day, the intake person, not Henry, took over 45 minutes by taking every detail of what I needed. Then she had to ask a supervisor. He replied that my case was one not taken. Wasting my time for so long could have been avoided by a statement in the commercials or when I called the first time. My mother went with these people and had twelve attorneys. To this date no settlement. She was in an accident she did not cause and her car was paid for which was totaled. She was banged up and incurred medical expenses. All she wanted was the medical paid and money for a new car. I think it was her age against her. She was 80 years old and now four years later still no action or assistance from those people to help her with a new vehicle. So she has to pay for it out of her own pocket for an accident that was not her fault. It was the other drivers fault. He just pretends to care about you. Our family has had 2 different members try to talk with him one was about an auto accident at work and the other was about a work accident. Several weeks ago I sent some documents to Mr. Henry's office for them to review. I just was in a bad situation and needed some good advice. I see his ad's all the time stating "if you are injured, they can help". I never, never even got a response back, no sorry we can't help, nothing. I sent my email and my phone number, and nothing ! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! I used this law firm after getting rearended by an 18 wheeler, it flipped my truck and now I have 3 herniated discs in my back and 2 in my neck. TJH had the case for over a year, I had a full surgical review fro the surgeon I was seeing for neck and back surgeries. They "mysteriously" dropped my case with no explanation as to why. Then it took at least 3 months to get my paperwork from them to get another lawyer. When I did get all paperwork back, no lawyer would touch it because the statue of limitations was almost up. My husband had an open and close case ...somebody rear ends you in Texas it is 100% their fault!! After 5 years I repeat 5 years my husband only got $43000 less than $10,000 a year while he was unable to work etc. however the doctors and the attorneys cut was roughly $200,000!!! Terrible service!! I went through three to four attorneys because they kept leaving and then when I said I wanted to take my case to another firm I finally got their attention. I constantly had to call, leave messages, text to figure out what was going on in my case. The attorneys are spread thin and Mr. Henry only gets involved if it is a high profiting or profile case after the other attorneys do all the leg work. They pretend to listen make false promises and seem to be well practiced lying attorneys. They sent me to a doctor for treatment and the office scheduled me at the doctors other office. When I reported the mistake they said they would take off the cost- almost two years later there it was on my settlement. The paralegal was the only one available at this time it seemed like- never saw the attorneys again. She pretended to know my case (but was like the third one I saw- who knows what happened to the others) and when I asked about the treatment cost she tried to explain it and said I could leave without a settlement and then she could have the attorneys contact me regarding the cost. I was so frustrated- I laughed and practically ran out the doors because I wanted nothing else to do with them!!! Wait??? What another two years??!! Never again. Avoid them at all cost! read more

Customer review: Do not ever use Thomas J Henry as lawyers for your accident. My accident date was 7/21/18 and I still have yet to get paid. The case has been done since July, settled and everything, but still no check. They keep giving me excuses that it has been issued but that they just need to deliver it. And when I ask to speak to a supervisor or office manager they say that there is nothing they can do. 2 yrs and a month later and still nothing. My case manager just keeps telling me that my check has been issued and they just need to deliver it. How long does it take to deliver a check? When my case settled, my lawyer said it takes 21 days to cut a check. That was on July 21st (I have the call logs). We are now August 20th. Way past 21 days. And now supposedly my check has been on issued status for the past 2 days. They keep telling me tomorrow and they sound like a broken record. Very upset. read more

I called Thomas J. Henry office around late March. I spoke to a gentleman name Andrew Crowler . He heard what my case was about ( which has to do with a titanium screw and pin inserted in my lower back, what they call a fused back surgery ). Well, the screw and rod broke while the hardware was being removed. It will be 2 years December of 2015. Going back to Andrew, at Thomas J. HENRY , Andrew ,took my info and told me he would look in to it and talk to the attorney's and let me know. I kept calling and the switch board kept giving me his voice mail but I never heard from him. I kept calling but finally they switch me to another person named Maria, couldn't help because Andrew, had been let go ( why couldn't the switch board let me know ) and then I finally get to talk to Mary, she has ambition about my case. She tells me to order my medical records and I do. I call her back but another lady comes to the phone and says I need to read but my medical records to her, really ! I don't the medical lingo and she makes it sound I'm taking her percison time so I tell her, don't waste mine anymore , just tell me is it worth your time or not.
