We were all very busy, wanted all different styles, and all wanted to match our dates. I feel SO lucky we found this place and Bob. Bob sized us up in minutes. He looked at the color of the dresses and made recommendations. He had us try on some jackets. And that was it! One week later we picked up 3 PERFECTLY fitting, very nice tuxedos (by the way, significantly less expensive than Men's Wearhouse). They originally said they could clean a 1/16 inch coffee stain. Then they informed my husband that damage occurred due to 'moths' . They said they could attempt to fix it or return it. They have had my item over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting....please respond, resolve and return my sweater immediately!!! Fixed or damaged at this point!!! 3pm approx same day. Spoke with the very cagey owner who likes to record messages, I suppose to 'save' being sued. By the way, I did not give permission to record our conversation. After 30 years in the Fashion Insustry and the ability to sew couture... yes ...I won my Green Card on being exceptionally talented in this field, I think , I'm more than qualified to say, I could have done the job myself, in a mili- fraction of the time. Let's see what I receive... when the owner decides to release my Sweater-in-captive! Now may I add, if the owner does not wish to send back my item because my husband brought the item in, what does that say about discrimination? A very disappointing (and costly) experience. A month ago, I ordered a 'made-to-measure'…read moredouble-breasted suit from this store in anticipation of a dinner-party I have to attend in late August. First, I was told that in order to guarantee the suit's availability within that time frame, I'd have to pay an additional $150 fee over the cost of the suit. I reluctantly agreed, and thereafter was "measured" for my suit by trying on various slacks and ill-fitting jackets. The process was so unnerving that a few days layer I telephone the shop and inquired about how much time it would take to make major adjustments to the jacket should it prove necessary, and was told not to worry. On August 17th, not having heard from the shop, I telephone them, only to be told the suit was "in" and I should come in for my final fitting. When I inquired as to why no one had informed me of the suit's arrival, I was simply told someone must have called! In any event, I went in the following day and, sure enough, the jacket didn't fit properly. Told again not to worry, the adjustments necessary would be made and the suit would be ready on August 26th. I picked up the suit today (August 26th) and no adjustments were made to the jacket. Rather than argue, I took the suit immediately to my tailor for adjustment. We are both hoping the jacket can be properly modified. Also, another annoyance (though minor) is that when I purchased the suit, they asked for my initials so they could be sewn into the lining. No initials were ever sewn into the lining). All in all, not a first-class operation at all. I'm just glad I had the foresight to purchase another suit off the rack for the dinner-party!

I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused. Misha got it all together for him including shoes, belt, tie, shirts and even socks! We were extremely happy! She made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. She even picked out a flashy tie to make me happy and my son gave the ok on it. All in all I can 100% recommend Karako and especially Misha. (No pics, sorry, he was just too embarrassed)
