The cleaners call me the day I was supposed to pick the dress up (2 days before prom) to tell me they can't do the alterations to the dress. When I went in to pick up the dress, the tailor said "I could have told you this from the beginning"; so why didn't you when you measured & pinned the dress 5 days ago????? They give you a ticket with the price right on it before you leave! Seems like he was just in a bad mood or something. Just picked up a few pieces today got nothing but courtesy and professionalism, as usual. Will always recommend and this place will be my go to for life, even now when I'm a little farther away.
