She listens with care and offers thoughtful advice--even when I wasn't quite ready to hear it--yet she always remains patient and steady in her guidance. It can be hard to find a therapist who is both professional and skilled, but she has been exactly that. She's knowledgeable, takes the time to understand where I am, and adjusts to meet me in that space. Her ability to balance professionalism with compassion has made each session a place of real growth and support.

It's not often that you come across someone is doing the job that they were absolutely made for but Jessie Gaines Osborn is doing what she was born to do. She cares deeply and keeps the sessions very casual so as to put you at ease. And it works. She listens. And because she listens she is able to provide incredibly helpful and insightful advice. My mood is always elevated by the end of the session. She helps you to get past incorrect perceptions and grounds you in reality while constantly encouraging you. I have gone to Jessie for a year and I trust her and wouldn't consider any other therapist because I don't want to take a step backwards in my progress. And I promise you any other therapist may be good at what they do but they are all a step down from Jessie.

I don't like being hyperbolic, but to make a point: this man is an arrogant hack. He gives you a…read morecouple of absolute inane and meaningless tests, outside of a standard questionnaire that is the basic requirement of any practice, so congrats on meeting one bare minimum, that's the one star - and will literally laugh you out of the building if you have any disagreement. He told me something very distinctly before I left our appointment, and then proceeded to tell the facility that referred me to him the exact opposite. After inquiring about the status of my test results to him personally and what I disagreed strongly with, he literally laughed and said "I never said there wasn't something wrong with you." No elaboration, just more laughter. That's a small taste of his bedside manner. This dinosaur should retire. He quite literally helped waste five months of me seeking care for my condition by stringing me along. Avoid this useless has-been.

First noticing the foreboding dank office smell, I went to this Dr. on a referral from our family…read moredoctor. He was quite cold and unwelcoming. He also said I had an IQ of 77... lol I should have had some problems in school rather than the good grades and little to no need to study at that level of intelligence quotient wouldn't you think? The Dr. and his staff told me if I didn't want to answer a question to simply skip it and it wouldn't count against me. They then scoffed when I would opt to skip something. This doctor then sent me a bill for 240 dollars and on it, were details saying nothing is covered by my top notch BCBS insurance. Wouldn't you think a medical doctor and his staff would check and see if their services were covered by your insurance company before rendering that service and surprising a patient with a huge bill? I simply came in to be tested for A.D.D. and inquired about adderall to my family doctor. This "Dr." suggested I be put on anxiety medication instead and come back for visits. I honestly felt horribly mistreated throughout the entire visit and was VERY ANXIOUS to leave... You'd think such a learned man and his staff could use their superb intellectual abilities and high intelligence quotients to make people at least feel welcomed and cared for. I guess people that literally study psychology aren't always as adept as you might assume them to be in their specialized field.
