I finally got a refund but That doesn't help with my pain, dr bills, or medication. Do your research before letting someone close to your eyes. I have still not received a picture of the lashes that they used. Pictures attached are what came off of my eyes. When I woke up this morning my eyes were glued shut from Crud and goo. I am on antibiotic eye drops and steroids as of this morning. There were chunks of glue on my eyelashes and quite a few of my own eyelashes stuck to the pieces that I was told to take off.

Let's start at the top, Earl Folsom runs a professional, and fun, practice.  Most of his team have been with him for years and with the turnover in this industry, that alone says just about everything you need to know about him.  Beyond being a good listener, he is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he checks with your doctor and/or gets the answer!  He helped me understand the surgery (I had an anatomical anomaly that is very uncommon) and how it impacted my shoulder and what is going to be needed to get my movement back. Brittany, Wally and Sherri are awesome!  What I love best is that they distracted me while stretching out that shoulder and arm.  It helped me focus on something other than the joint!  They are super kind and friendly and I'm going to miss them now that my healing is almost done!! October 2 2016 I was diagnosed with shingles on my left leg from my hip to my left knee. I went to…read morethe physician was prescribed medication to dry up the blisters. After five days my skin was clear but the nerve in the leg was screaming and dying for two months! I tried five different prescription medications to no avail!! Electric shock pain with no way to get comfortable, then the day after Thanksgiving that pain stopped. The nerve was dead and the muscles did not work in the hip and left leg. I could not walk up stairs and could not put my left leg in the car. I experienced great pain and numbness, with constant tingling !!
