We had to travel 2 hours to Bayshore for Ruby to receive TPLO surgery, which in the end, required two additional surgeries. It was a long haul of appointments and recovery time, but we are back to normal and it is absolutely because of Dr. Tim's persistence, patience, compassion and skill! Dr. Tim made sure we were taken care of over the course of 6 months between appointments and flexibility of booking and rescheduling those when weather was bad (winter months), answering questions and assisting with issues after hours and on weekends, and even while he was out of town, too. He took care of us like family and we could never repay him for his kindness. Dr. Tim is hands down the best vet we have ever worked with and we'd do it again and again if it were ever needed (and as much as we love Bayshore vet, we hope we don't run into issues where she needs orthopedic surgery again)! If Bayshore were closer, we'd switch to them as our primary vet in a heartbeat.
