Terrible customer service, no one takes responsibility for their accounts, no returns calls/emails without repeated persistence by customer, constantly get the run around, refused access to what is paid for, apologizes multiple times and says we will fix this immediately, this shouldn't happen, we don't know why it has happened and then NOTHING! Process starts all over again and still prevents access. THEY SURE ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THOUGH! Just about the worst products and support you can imagine. I've been in the computer support business for 40 years and think these are about the worst. Their Accounting CS and Practice CS is painfully slow for 10 users on Hardware & MS SQL Server that would be fast for 100 users in B2W or IQ or Dynamics. When I look for help for a customer that is struggling, they tell me I clearly know what I'm doing so figure it out. On a scale of 1-10, B2W gets 11 and TR gets -1. Even Lacerte after being destroyed by Intuit is better than these dirtbags. read more

Thomson Reuters - West doesn't appear to know what a "closed account" means. Once in their computer, there is no getting out. The keep sending me Texas lawbook updates and I keep sending them back telling them I have retired. These people are worse the robo-callers. read more

Scam marketing company. Won't respond to a simple "please stop calling me." They will then call you four more times in a row, despite telling them to stop calling each time they call. Don't ever purchase or sign up to receive products from them. read more
