Hotel: Older building, definitely needs an update. Signs of wear and tear were most obvious in the bathroom. Room doesn't heat well but that's to be expected deep in Norway. Expect to wear sweatpants in bed. Several accommodations were missing, e.g. a gym. Staff however is very friendly. Very new, well-serviced elevators. Restaurant: A surprisingly good restaurant was included which offered a very extensive selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals were included with our course and were definitely beyond the scope of what I would have expected for this hotel. Again, staff and servers were very polite and efficient. If you are primarily looking for a hotel to stay, the Spa Hotel close-by might be a better choice. But if you're booking this place for a course with meals included, it is a good choice.

A wonderful location by the harbour, a very classy, luxury interior style, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food in the buffee!! The groundfloor in the hotel takes you years back, and offers pub, bowling, cinema, spa, playroom, table in the wine basement or in the theatre diningroom! Must be wonderful to stay here! #atmosphere Price rather expensive, but still value for money !

The customer service is above average and they make you feel welcome no matter where you are from. I highly recommend this hotel to any tracker coming through for a long stay or short stay.
