That was 12 weeks of lies and excuses why they were not out instlling my patio. Finnally patio and sidewalk completed, and most of it looks to be OK. But in one area of the patio are 3 cracks forming and getting bigger daily. I called Matt and told him about it, tells me he will be out to look at it and never shows, at least 4 different times he stood me up. I don't know how many different times I heard I guaranty the work and finish product a 100%. That should have been a Red Flag when He voluntarily made that satement several times.
