This is the second or third time I've been notified of a high balance even though I'm supposed to be on autopay. No, there's nothing wrong with the card they have on file. I do not receive invoices until the balance is huge. I'm supposed to be on a payment plan that started on 10/11/23 to bring down the high balance (even though it never should have accrued because I am on AUTOPAY) and they've messed that up too. Now I've got a balance of over $500 that I THOUGHT I was paying down but apparently not. They also did take one payment of $131 as part of the pay down and there is no record of it in my transaction history... but it's on my credit card. Again -- love my therapist but this is utterly unacceptable.
