If you have health benefits you will have to send in the claim yourself as they do not do it for you. Dr. Cohen evaluated my feet, had them scanned and told me that my scan would be sent to where the orthotics are made before I even left his office. Over the years I've had plaster put on my feet to create molds and stepped into foam to get the shapes of my feet but was told that scanning is the best way as he can assess the image 360 degrees immediately on the screen. It was a quick turnaround and I went back two weeks later for my new orthotics. I was advised to wear them in my shoes for increasingly longer periods of time so that my feet could adjust to them. The office will give me a follow call in a few weeks to see how the orthotics are working out for me.

I realize it is a very busy office, but there is no excuse for the ladies to be rude and snappy, short tempered, very unprofessional. If this is not their career choice, they can simply move on. This reflects poorly on his business, and I find it surprisingly that to-date, he has done nothing about it. This has a been an ongoing problem since Caroline left.

Mahya was a real subject expert to the point that she actually knows whats in my foot and what I was feeling at that time so she always has patient care and comfort in mind. The reception staff were very efficient in working with my insurance company that I never bothered about it anymore on checkups. Would recommend to family and friends whenever I get the chance.
