Bubbly Boy also had a line but the 10 cars in front of us seemed to be moving OK. To speed things up an attendant walked up to the cars in line and took orders and then came back with receipts. The car wash itself was very good, the water seemed clear & clean and the suds were plentiful. The best part of this car wash was the crew of towel attendants at the end, they hand dried each car in a thorough and complete manner. That included hand drying each wheel and all the spokes. Going forward I would choose this car wash over any others as it seems to be the new #1 in the area.

Somehow a few questions about using a debit card rather than a credit card upon pickup for the U-Haul made Mr Patel extremely frustrated. This lead to name calling, excessive swearing and being told to "f*ck myself", and being screamed at to "leave the f*cking store" (in front of other customers mind you) upon request of speaking to a manager. Safe to say my issue never got resolved and I had to cancel my reservation with U-Haul because of it. Very classy staff with exceptional service and a great way to run a business. Hopefully the manager doesn't condone this behaviour.

I specifically told them not to open the back door or do the back seat or windows as they were already done, front seats only. Well as I'm standing at the end waiting I watched this idiot kid yank on my door handle hard and then pull out toward him my sliding window screen which comes from inside the door.... I heard something snap.... I said dont do that please, there are buttons to roll them down. Once they finished I noticed my screen was sagging, I went to open my door and my door handle came right off in my hand.... but they also broke my window screen and pulled it out of the frame at the top. So I nicely let them know, then I was asked to wait while they check the cameras.... I know the one brother who owns it he is super nice, but he wasnt there... the other one was... Well he came out and was immediately very rude and hostile, I even said to him why are you acting this way, I'm not upset or being rude to you. He denys his behaviour. Regarding the car wash, I think there has been some staffing changes, but I found the guy that was…read moreworking there until about a 2 months ago was amazing. He spent the time to make sure my car was spotless whether it was mud, bird droppings or ice. He also let me know that I get my money's worth by doing a quick buff of the excess wax; you can really tell who the regulars are by seeing who pulls to the side when they get out of the wash to do so. That 1 minute of work makes a huge difference on a sunny day if you are getting a deluxe or the works. The current attendants are still good, but this guy was particularly great. Another yelper is complaining about tipping. They're surprised that people get better service if they tip? Shocker!! They may need a reality check. I've NEVER been asked to tip here. I tip because the guy EARNS it. If I see that even tipping a $1 or 2 gets me exceptional service I'm happy to do so. A lot of the work is done by the machine, so you are NOT going to get a "bad" wash because you don't tip. But if you do tip, (depending on the attendant) you can get a noticeably better wash, above and beyond what you paid for (like literally anywhere else in the service industry). If you don't like that, go to an automated wash. But this is one of the only washes in the area were you can ask an *actual human* to detail a particular part (rims, bug spots, etc), which is why it's my wash of choice. It is true that you may have to wait during busy times, especially when the weather is really good, holidays or when cars get particularly dirty (mud, ice). But you can see the line up literally from the street, so if looks busy and you don't want to wait, come back another time. They're good with honoring your ticket for another day, or even months down the line. It's that simple. The gas station itself is ok, although gas prices are usually one of the most expensive in the city. But since it's only 1 of 2 Shells in the city, if you want to take advantage of airmiles you have little choice. A car wash pack alone is enough to get you miles. Their gift card selection can be limited which hurts when there's a airmiles promo for them. Other than that, they have lottery, lots of smoking/vaping stuff and a decent food/automotive section.
