They never worked more than 2-3 hrs a day, when they came at all. They would never answer telephone calls and only communicated via text messages. After 3 weeks on a proposed 1 week project, I received a text saying, "I'm done. Find someone else to finish the floor. I will mail an invoice for the balance you owe." Needless to say, the pictures describe why I replied "NO, we won't be paying you any more." They left the floor a complete mess with mortar and grout spread on the surface of every tile. Grout was splattered on the screens and floor panels as well, inside and outside. It is going to be VERY EXPENSIVE to clean and restore our $2,000 tile floor. I would never recommend this husband/wife team to anyone. If I could rate with negative stars it would be negative -10.

We received quotes from four vendors, and we were pleased to find that 360 Painting of NWA offered a fair price that was neither the lowest nor the highest. Bella Vista has a few rules and regulations regarding painting that we had to follow to get the go-ahead. We were a bit worried about handling all the paperwork from a distance, but thankfully, JT was there to offer his help if we needed it. JT also recommended a great contractor to handle the trim work we needed to complete before starting the painting. After each phase of the project, we received updates with photos of the completed work, which was great! There was just a tiny hiccup when one of the doors was painted the wrong color, but JT was on it right away and sent someone out the next day to fix it. We really appreciated how considerate his crew was--they even covered our neighbors' cars with tarps to protect them from overspray since the neighbors were away and couldn't move their vehicles. While we haven't seen the finished work in person yet, our tenant has given us some positive feedback and is really happy with how everything turned out. JT has been super quick to respond to our text messages, which has made the whole process so much smoother for us being remote. We're really looking forward to seeing the finished product in person soon!
