My favorite thing besides her skills is the fact that her studio is literally ALWAYS so clean! She takes appointments and walk-ins and it is easy to get in touch with her. She is quick to reply and will get you in even if she has a busy schedule. I appreciate all the times she has seen me last minute because I book a lot of my appointments on the whim! I found her off IG and her work speaks for herself. I looked across a bunch of different artists, but I loved Lucille's work the most. My brows are naturally thick but they weren't even/asymmetrical and that was what my main issue was. I explained to Lucille that I still want fuller brows but to clean them up and even them out. She has done wonders for the hair growth on my legs! I came to her with hair growth so messed up (from a not so great wax from another individual) that it was a wonder how she was able to wax my legs in the first place. There were short, but wax able hair, medium hair and oh my long kinda hair. After the first two sessions she was able to help the hair growth so that my hairs grow around the same time. Her technique has been so amazing that you really don't feel the hairs being pulled out. She's also done wonders on my ingrown hairs. True, I'll still get them every now and then, but April has been wonderful about helping with those too! She's also the only I can trust with my brazillians! I've been to a lot of different people and after about two years searching I found April and not willing to let her go (I truly hope I don't sound like some crazed stalking fan girl, but she's that good!)! I was visiting from LA and called well in advance to get an appointment booked yet couldn't get a call back to save my life. Highly unprofessional- usually as a business OWNER, you'd think she has enough etiquette to AT LEAST follow up and call back whether she has time for the appointment OR NOT. Rude. Simply put, it's RUDE to not respond at all especially when a potential client is clearly attempting to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism . Tip to the "Busy Bee": CALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WHEN THEY LEAVE MESSAGES. Needless to say, that visit was the first AND LAST time I'll be sitting in her (Kristene's) chair. Results: JUST...WHAT...I...WAS...LOOKING...FOR!!! 5/5 I'll be back and I definitely recommend. In terms of price point...based on what I'm used to paying she is much more expensive, but for the experience and service provided completely worth it!
