    If I Couldn't rate this company at 0 stars I would. They contacted me to rely to "from my move. I did not have time when They called and made arrangements to talk the following Monday. They then texted me every day. 2 days before we were scheduled to talk I got a "and asking to talk earlier. I asked them to stop contacting me because the" was much higher than other companies. I then received several harassing texts calling me a liar and telling me that I don't care about anything and making all sorts of wild and kind of psycho Accusations. I called the company to file a complaint and when I asked for a manager, Peter, the gentleman who answered the phone, hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another person who said he wasn't a manager but then later said he was because he was friends with the owner as are all the guys who work there. He told me they did not care about complaints and that I should just focus on my move and do what I want to do . I have asked for the owner to call me he said whatever and eventually hung up on me as well. Needless to say I did not use this company as a mover. I am writing this review in hopes that it will prevent someone else from making the mistake of even considering this company. I posted this review about 10 minutes ago. Since then I have had 2 more harassing text messages from the representative. This is crazy and now I have to consider calling their local police because of harassment please do not use this company and stay away!

    UPDATE* Not only did they LOSE our furniture that was literally worth more than the move, break our things and then go radio silent until this review... they now are attempting to remove the review and sent a nutty email blaming us for the fact that they won't fix the error they made. These nuts finally responded to MULTIPLE emails after we left a poor review here. Their response was an unintelligible rant about how they take care of good customers. They 100% blamed us and actually said we weren't helping them help us. Now they are messaging us on yelp saying they are reporting our reviews for various reasons. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. If you found them on a discount site it's because they have discount management. Run don't walk from these nuts.

    DO NOT USE Three Brothers Moving Services. I have used many moving services in the past and never had I had an experience like this. We wanted to use a small business with COVID 19 happening to support during this unknown time. We got a quote for $235 for the first 2 hrs and $79 for each additional hours, which is a fair quote and told them we would need a 26ft based on the items we have and the size of our home (they agreed). The day of the move, May 1st, 3 movers arrived (around 10:30 am) and showed them what needed to be moved, Moe took pictures of all the furniture and they started to wrap our items. About an hour or so into the move, Moe comes and tells me, they made a mistake and sent 3 movers when we got a quote for 2 movers. I was told it would be $50 for the first 2 hrs and an additional $20 for each hour after that. They've already started to load the truck so we said fine, even though we really weren't and it wasn't Moe's fault. As they geared toward loading the truck, we found out all 3 men are fasting and my wife and I felt they needed a great tip to be working in such a field when fasting (not an easy job by any means). We arrive at the new house around 2 pm and start to unload. They are visibly exhausted and out of energy and after moving the furniture we told them to just leave the boxes downstairs (about 50+ boxes) and we would take care of it. We ended up tipping ea $100 even though the move took 6 hrs. The next day as my wife and I are moving boxes up, the cabinet use see in the pictures, was underneath all the boxes that got stacked on top and around. We noticed it was damaged all the way around and inside to where we could not use it anymore. I reached out to them and shared the photos here a long with the invoice we paid and asked for a reimbursement (May 3rd). Here where things get out of the ordinary. Later that day, one of the movers calls me and begs me to let me work it out with him because he will get fired if I go through the company. This is not right, nor is it ethical for a business to do that to their associates nor their customers. Why only 1 of the movers is responsible when we had 3 movers? I did not like that and proceeded to let the guy know that is not an option. May 5th "Adam" tells me via email they have a resolution to me with 3 -5 business days so we waited. May 11th, Adam emails me and offers $76.80 based on TX mover liability. Unhappy with their proposal, I called and was told he was out of the office. A few minutes after my call, I get an email saying he will call me the next day. May 16th, I follow up because I have yet to get a call, and Adam tells me he called but there was no missed call from him nor a vm. He finally called later that day and we spoke and shared my frustration with the result and as a manager, he has the power to make things right. In the middle of our call, he tells me he has to let me go but will give me a call in 5-10 minutes. He calls me back and tells me he will have a resolution for me later that day, I said ok. I get an email that night saying he will call me the next day (May 17th). May 17th I get an email saying still waiting for a resolution from the owner. May 18th, I get an email saying he will call me the next day to tell me the resolution, no call, no email, no nothing. May 20th, I follow up with an email and nothing. I follow up today and was told the resolution is $100 off my next move. FLOORED by their "resolution" to how they mis quoted us and the destroyed cabinet. All of this info was shared via email and when I spoke with Adam. I apologize for the long post, but wanted to share and detail the facts of what we went through with the "professional movers" Three Brothers Moving Services and their lack of care, professionalism, customer service and treatment by Adam SAVE YOUR TIME, STRESS, and MONEY and go with a different moving company. This is how you will be treated by them

Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. AND they moved a fireproof safe by hand, with sheet strength and a good knowledge of physics. The cherry on top is the value - super-fair, plus a discount for booking through Yelp. Need anything moved, call them!

He was prompt with providing a fair quote and got us setup quickly with an appointment working with our short timeline and need for a weekend timeslot for our move. Azim, Viktor, and Ariel were our crew and they were awesome! They arrived on time and were professional from start to finish. All of our items were moved efficiently and with care. If we end up needing movers in the future, we will definitely use Leader Movers again. If you're looking for movers in the DFW area, this is the company to use!

    This was my third time using their service to move a 1B1B apartment. The first two times went fine…read more-- each took about 3 to 3.5 hours, and that's why I trusted them again. But this time? Total disaster. They charged me almost 8 HOURS for the exact same size move. From 9 AM to 4:45 PM -- are you kidding me? They didn't even start moving until around 9:20 or 9:30, and then moved like they were taking a casual stroll in the park. I asked them why this time was so ridiculously slow compared to the last two. Their excuse? "No elevator" at my old place and "your stuff is in small boxes and bags." That is complete nonsense. My new place has an elevator, and I used larger boxes this time to make it easier -- unlike the last move where neither location had elevators. And yet, that move only took 3.5 hours. There is no possible reason this one should take nearly EIGHT HOURS unless you're deliberately dragging your feet. And get this -- I even helped them move! I literally carried stuff myself while they moved slowly and inefficiently. When I brought this up to their supervisor, instead of acknowledging the poor service, he blamed me and said I had "too many things." Give me a break. It's a 1B1B -- and you guys have moved it twice before in half the time! I even attached a photo comparing the invoices from both moves -- one was 3.5 hours, this one nearly 8. Their supervisor had the audacity to say he'd refund me for 1 hour if I didn't leave a bad review -- that tells you everything you need to know. He knew it was shady but just wanted to shut me up. Avoid Leader Movers at all costs. They've clearly gotten lazy and greedy -- working slow just to pad the bill while pretending everything is normal. I'm furious and disappointed. Never again.

    BEWARE - BAIT-AND-SWITCH PRICING!…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this company deserves one. I chose Firehouse Movers because of their glowing Google reviews, and their initial estimate was very competitive. Unfortunately, the final bill was a complete shock. To begin with, they insisted on a virtual estimate and refused to come out in person and assess the job. This was a 5000 sq ft home full of furniture, and I wanted the most accurate estimate possible. I asked multiple times for an in-person estimate, but my requests were declined. By moving day, I had sold two-bedroom sets and several other large pieces of furniture that were included in the original estimate. Even with significantly fewer items to move, the final price was more than double the original estimate. On the day of the move, I somehow went from needing two trucks, as stated in the estimate, to four. And from 9 to 17 total man hours. At the end of a long day, my husband just wanted them gone, so he reluctantly paid the bill before they could log anymore hours. When I called to discuss the bill, Firehouse claimed I had verbally approved the additional associated costs over the phone, citing a recording, which was completely false. I have asked multiple times for this recording, but I have not received it. That was not a small miscalculation. Our move was grossly underestimated. This whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Stay away.
