Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. The waiting room was overly crowded, and appointments were never on time. You would think this was worth it for the ownership to keep the practice going strong, right? No. Now, with the elusive Dr. Wingrove's departure (and really, how often was she there?), there is no board-certified Dermatologist readily available in this area. It was hard enough to get an appointment before; now forget about it! OK, so there is a PA to do Botox, but what about complex treatments and diagnostic rarities? C'mon doctors. This is NOT what your medical forebears would have wanted to see you do.

I was able to take advantage of the new client special which gave me a reduced rate for the services. Even though I got the reduced rate she still put included some specific add-ons for my skin concerns and didn't charge me extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the red light therapy - the sensation was staring into the sun with your eyes closed. At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment. I can't wait to go back, just got a fit it into the budget :)
