i want to thank micheal martin for going up and beyond his job to help me. this man came out into the community to reach out to help me. i refuse to get help from the three rivers councel because when i reached out to the cotraic, they turned there back. i decided that i did not want to join, but i did the foot work and put my paperwork in but refuse to go to the cermony. the council was trying to be clever and had my daughter terana oyd to take my place. like ora lee carroll and sister.micheal martin a counselor went out of his way to locate me and had to go back to work to his job. he worked overtime and mey time to direct me in the right direction. i do not need or want anything from the council the food bank at the brasher assocation on saliberry gave me some contained food when i went to the food bank the the council prepared for me. i have no love for the council but i respect micheal martin keep up the good work.first lady theresa carroll independent. read more
