It's our family tradition to come to Thrift City every time we come to the valley. We love this store because everything is always organized. Coming in the morning is preferable because there are less people. My aunt introduced us to this awesome store. She shared they have great deals on special days. For example, on Earth Day they gift you a free reusable bag. On Easter they have a little treat and even on your birthday you get an e-mail bday wish with additional savings. I was a regular at this store for quite some time. I used to love how reasonably priced everything was; housewares, clothing, jewlery, you name it, it was all priced to sell. I fell out of thrifting for a little while and when I went back there recently I noticed the typical price gouging that happens when thrift stores find out that they can charge more for everything just because thrifting is popular now. Pricing ranged from $7 for a chipped terracotta mug, to $6 for a small floral frame that undoubtedly belonged to someone's late grandmother, to $8 for a very faded Under Armour T-shirt, to $5 for a tiny glass vase (literally 3 inches tall!).... Needless to say, I was super disappointed with what the store has become & how their pricing has changed. I still frequent a couple of shops that tend to keep their prices reasonable so I think I'll just stick to those now. read more

This is a great thrift store. It is very big and has a huge selection of clothes from boutique, current fashion, and everything down from there. They do a good job keeping clothes sorting by size, kind, and color. Clothing is tag with different colored prices so that on designated days they are marked down. For example, last time I was there red and purple were 50% off. They also have children's clothes and toys, shoes, some men's clothes, and some housewares, but no furniture or big items though. I would definite say it is worth a visit and you are bound to walk out with some good finds. read more

This thrift store is relatively small and the prices are decent but can be a little pricey at times especially for items like coats and jackets and dresses. I've been here a lot of times, mostly out of boredom but I usually don't walk out with anything because there's hardly any outstanding finds (price wise or looking wise). So over all if you're looking for vintage clothes it's not really the place to go. They usually have at least a couple of velvet shirts and some decent denim but it's mostly stuff you find at any thrift store. It's not worth the time and sometimes people there can be kind of sketchy if you're a young female that likes to thrift alone. Also there seems to always be diapers in the parking lot so watch out for that lol. read more
