Staff are efficient, and the donation center furniture pickup staff are kind to help you load it into your car or truck. Sometimes they need some direction but are happy to help. I have had an incident once where they dropped a dresser onto the ground but no one was hurt and so that was ok and mistakes happen.

As far as layout- upholstered items such as couches and big chairs are in the front space where they are better protected from the elements. The door to the back is where their tables, dressers, buffets, and other hard furniture are. The note I made is that they have sets but they are typically broken up into the type of furniture.
