For starters, if I could give a NEGATIVE star rating, I would. This lady and company don't even…read moredeserve a 0 star rating that's how awful and unkind this so called business is. The woman we dealt with, her name is Jessica and she said she was the sales director for the company, was truly the rudest woman we have ever dealt with. When it was 3 days before our wedding she told us there was problem after problem and put the blame on everyone but themselves. While we understand that things happen that are our of our control; it's still mind boggling how much blame they continuously put on other people and took no accountability for the many mishaps. Being a business owner you would think that if the most major part of why a consumer picks a package with your company suddenly is unavailable that you would offer some kind of solution (that makes everyone happy at the end of the day) or compensation for the issue, but atlas they did not. In short story, the backdrop we selected was ruined and unavailable 3 days before the wedding (so no time for us to get/or craft what we had planned for and bought props to go with, so that was money out the door); then 2 days before to be told that they would no longer be able to print the photos live at the event (with no care in the world that it completely devastated us and was the MAIN REASON WE BOOKED THEM - they instead offered to drop our package to no prints and a small refund OR pay the total price for "Live Photos" but get them mailed after the wedding and be responsible for paying to send them to our wedding guests at OUR EXPENSE), and then to add the cherry on top of it all - the photo booth stopped working the last 40 minutes we had reserved it AND when we (me, my husband, the DJ, and wedding coordinator) all contacted this so called business owner - she refused to come fix it AND refused to prorate our usage time (our contracted time was 6:30-9:30pm) and WOULD NOT give us any of money back for the time we paid and were contracted for (the lady claims she set it up early and notified us as a "sorry for all the problems here's some extra booth time at our expense" - this was apparently done in a text while we were at our ceremony, which we didn't have our phones on us as we were doing our vows, as should be expected, so how would we have known this?). While she said the booth was setup early and (supposedly) used by someone, we chose and were contracted for 6:30-9:30pm for the usage time as nobody would be in the reception hall before 6pm and people would be eating from 6-6:30pm. So for her to claim that we got our three hours worth of time that we paid for, we did not as we paid for 6:30-9:30pm per our contract. And whatever time that someone may have used it before then was a part of her free time that she gave to use for the mishaps; which again we weren't properly notified of and were COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THAT SHE EVEN DID, as we were in the midst of GETTING MARRIED and did not have our phones on us when she "told us." You would think one would notify the venue coordinator to ensure notification was RECEIVED, but she didn't as the message wasn't received. AFTER the wedding when (who we believed to be Jessica) was there taking the photo booth down at the end of the night; my husband asked what went wrong with the booth and this lady refused to answer questions, told us she didn't have to tell us anything and left in a hurry. All in all, if you want to have TERRIBLE service and potentially get scammed out of a thousand (or more) dollars; these people are your cup of bitter tea. BUT if you want to learn from our mistake; PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do NOT book these people for any of your events. Also, side note - they are not registered with the BBB, so that should be a red flag to start with. Happy planning!
