With an injury I started taking private lessons, already after 2 lessons I felt the impact on my shoulders (suffered from a frozen shoulder), and added group lessons after a couple of months to my schedule. From what I've seen the mat classes can get crowded but never seems to be more than 15 in the class. The springboard classes are a bit smaller. And the equipment series is limited to 6. And of course they offer private lessons. The teachers are terrific, attentive and really know their stuff. The studio gets lots of light and the equipment is all new with an excellent variety: springboard, cadillac, reformers, chairs, barrels, etc. Highly recommend it. Here's a tip: Sign up with one of the newly trained teachers for a private lessons and they may be available for free or a discounted cost. Definitely worth the ask!

After some correspondence, Jelena referred me to one of her instructors for 2 private lessons. The studio is very easy to locate and well worth your time to visit. This studio contains all the equipment you could possibly need for your workout, and the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so very personable. There was a group class going on as well as two trainers doing private lessons when I was there. However, there was no crowding or additional noise. My outstanding instructor was Jeffrey Ross who gave me an excellent work out, as we worked on my posture, body positioning, breathing and technique. They offer a wide range of classes to suit just about every fitness level, and I've seen some super zen yogis gracefully walking around the place and stretching out like it ain't no thing- it's truly a sight to behold. But what I'm most excited about here is the jumping fitness class. It's basically an hour of non-stop fun, made up of high intensity cardio that leaves you out of breath, sweating buckets but also smiling because it's just a little bit ridiculous! Tom the trainer is hilarious! His music choices are always fun and before you know it, the class is over and you've worked out hard without watching the clock (too much)! And for me it really works as there's a class on every day at a reasonable time after work (I'm looking at you crappy gyms and your 5pm schedule that no one I know can make it to..) and if you can manage to squeeze it in, reasonable hour sessions on the weekend too! Best of all, it's part of the OneFit network. So I got the chance to get in and try the class when I probably wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. I'll need to give some of the other classes a whirl and report back but, so far so good and it's the perfect kick start to the would be summer!
